How to Book Your Tickets
Tickets for The Mart Theatre performances can be booked in person, online via this website or on the telephone.
Disabled patrons, visually and hearing impaired patrons and wheelchair users are advised to book through The Mart Theatre booking office to ensure appropriate seats are allocated

The Mart Theatre tickets can be booked over the phone during the day. When booking tickets by telephone, remember to have your debit or credit card with you; please note that for non-cash transaction a charge of £1.50 applies per booking. If you would like your tickets sent out to you please add £1 for postage. Reserved tickets can be held for up to 5 working days without payment. Tickets booked within 3 days of a performance must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

Staff are available from Monday to Friday during the day to assist you with ticket bookings and general information.
Online:
You can book tickets online for productions at The Mart Theatre via this website. Simply choose the production(s) you wish to purchase tickets for and click on the ‘Buy Tickets’ buttons on the individual production page. Important: Tickets are not printed but are to be collected on the door on the night. The fee charged is not postage but a small booking fee. We realise that it say’s postage and packing but this a standard statement we are unable to change.
Payment and Refunds
Payment
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Maestro, Delta cards. Cheques should be made payable to Skipton and Craven Culture Company.
Refunds
Please check performance details and tickets carefully when booking as we are unable to offer refunds.
In the case of sell out shows only customers may offer their tickets for resale. There is a 10% handling charge for this service.
The management reserves the right to refund on special circumstances. Any tickets refunded will have a charge of 10%.
Conditions of Sale
Tickets are sold subject to the Management’s right to make alterations to the cast or advertised arrangements rendered necessary by any unavoidable cause. All children require a valid ticket.
Some performances may have unreserved seating.
Free Car Parking:
There are 220 car parking places, however the auction mart can get busy so please allow time to park before the performance.
